Aquapark Reda with Kids
Aquapark Reda is not just a local swimming pool. The signature Shark Slide passes through an aquarium with real sharks, while younger children get their own pirate-ship play pool. It is far enough from central Gdańsk that we treat it as a half-day or full-day destination.

🌊 River, wave pool & family slides
River Expedition runs for 315 metres, and there are additional family slides, water play and a wave pool, so the day does not depend on one headline ride.

Easy without a car
SKM and REGIO trains stop at Reda. The aquapark says it is about a 10-minute walk from the station. This makes it a realistic rainy-day trip from Gdynia, Sopot or Gdańsk without dealing with parking.
2026 price reality
Reda is a substantial family spend, especially in summer. Online buying is worth checking.
Weekday normal tariff
Current 2026 listed rates start from roughly 50 PLN reduced/family and 70 PLN adult for the shortest ticket, with longer options available.
Summer tariff
The current summer listing is substantially higher; the official site lists whole-day tickets around 170 PLN reduced/family and 200 PLN normal, with full-day summer tickets sold online.

Children under 3 enter free with proof of age. Children under 13 must remain under adult supervision.
Parent tip: for a 4–6-year-old, check height before paying for a full expensive day. The park is still fun, but the most distinctive slides require 120 cm / age 7.
Our verdict: Reda is a stronger recommendation than a normal hotel-style aquapark if your child is 7+ and likes slides. For toddlers it is still good, but the price/value calculation is different. It is especially useful in winter or during a genuinely bad-weather day.
